Privacy policy

Last updated: 4 October 2026. Rogha ETF is a trading name of Jonathan McKeown, operating as a sole trader in Ireland. For privacy questions or to exercise your data-protection rights, contact hello@roghaetf.ie.

What we collect and why

If you sign up, we collect your email address, the page on which you signed up, your request permission and your marketing preference. We use this to provide the update or early-access notification you request. If you separately opt in, we may also send occasional ETF education and Rogha product updates. For Portfolio X-Ray beta requests, we also receive the selected ETF ISINs and percentage weights you submit. They are sent to the Rogha ETF owner by email to assess beta interest; they are not stored in the website sign-up database. Please do not include account numbers, monetary values or other financial details.

Legal basis and retention

In this revised form we ask for specific consent to process an early-access request or requested newsletter. This is separate from optional consent for other marketing, which you may withdraw at any time without affecting your requested service. Professional enquiries are handled to respond to the enquiry on the basis of our legitimate interests. A required request checkbox is not agreement to marketing or acceptance of all privacy terms. We retain early-access sign-up details until the earlier of the relevant beta opening or 12 months after sign-up. Beta selection details in the owner's mailbox are deleted within 12 months of the request or sooner on withdrawal. Marketing details are retained until consent is withdrawn or we stop sending the relevant updates. To withdraw consent, contact hello@roghaetf.ie. We record the request purpose, the permission you give, the notice version and the time of your latest submission. Permission for a requested newsletter is separate from permission for other marketing.

Sharing, rights and complaints

We use service providers that host the website, securely store sign-up requests and deliver beta notifications through our mail provider. We do not sell personal data. You may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your personal data, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission.

Cookies

Rogha ETF uses essential technical cookies only unless a separate cookie notice states otherwise. We will ask for consent before using non-essential analytics or advertising cookies.
